My PRO account is not yet activated after payment

You have successfully subscribed, you have paid, but still see the free version of ImmoOff! 🙄

Do not panic ! Activation can take up to 48 hours.

Tips before contacting customer service:

1 - verify that payment has been made

2 - check that you are connected to the correct account corresponding to your paid subscription (it is often possible that you have created several accounts with several email addresses)

3 - disconnect then reconnect
