This page explains the terms by which you may use ImmoOff.net, a product of ImmoOff.net. (from now on "ImmoOff.net", “us”, “we”, or “our”). By accessing or using ImmoOff.net, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Terms and Conditions.

Purchases

When you purchase ImmoOff.net Pro, you will be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your billing address, your credit card number and the expiration date of your credit card.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment methods in connection with any purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is accurate, correct and complete.

We may employ the use of third-party services to facilitate payment and the completion of purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Cancel policy

In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Subscriber expressly acknowledges and accepts (i) that the provision of the Service begins immediately after validation of his registration for the Service, i.e. before the end of the fourteen (14) clear days provided for by the Consumer Code and (ii) consequently acknowledges and accepts losing the benefit of the right of withdrawal related to online or distance selling. consequently, no request for withdrawal, cancellation or refund will be admissible.

Refund Policy

In accordance with above the cancellation policy, no request for refund will be accepted after the provision of the service has begun, after validation of payment and PRO account membership.

WE TRY TO KEEP THE SERVICE BUG-FREE AND SAFE, BUT IMMOOFF DOES NOT WARRANT OR ENSURE CONTINUOUS, ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR VIRUS- FREE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR ACCOUNT. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO MAKE ANY CLAIM BASED ON IMMOOFF'S FAILURE, IRRESPECTIVE OF FAULT, TO PROVIDE ANY OF THE FOREGOING. LIKE WE SAID, YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THEREFORE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SPEED OF DOWNLOADING RESOURCES HOSTED ON THE WEBSITE IS NOT GUARANTEED AND MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE PEAK OF VISITOR AND / OR USER TRAFFIC ON THE WEBSITE AND ALSO DEPENDING ON THE STATE OF THE SERVICES AND COMPUTER SERVERS.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE SERVICE IS NOT DESIGNED OR LICENSED FOR USE IN HAZARDOUS ENVIRONMENTS REQUIRING FAIL- SAFE CONTROLS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION OPERATION OF NUCLEAR FACILITIES, AIRCRAFT NAVIGATION/COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL, AND LIFE SUPPORT OR WEAPONS SYSTEMS. IN NO EVENT WILL IMMOOFF BE LIABLE TO THE USER OR THIRD PARTIES FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS, CORRUPTION AND/OR ALTERATION OF DATA) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR DATA AND/OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND/OR YOUR ACCOUNT, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, EQUITY OR OTHERWISE.

IMMOOFF'S LIABILITY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED FOR ANY REASON AND UPON ANY CAUSE OF ACTION TO THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO IMMOOFF FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE THREE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE ON WHICH YOU CLAIM THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUED.

SOME JURISDICTIONS' LAWS PROHIBIT THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY PROVISION. TO THE EXTENT THAT YOU LIVE IN A JURISDICTION THAT REFUSES TO ENFORCE THE FOREGOING PROVISION, IMMOOFF'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY THE LAW OF THAT JURISDICTION.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You acknowledge and agree that in the event of any third party claim that ImmoOff.net infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, ImmoOff.net. ("ImmoOff.net") will be responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such infringement claim.

ImmoOff.net’s obligations to defend and indemnify you for a particular claim are subject to the following conditions:
